Founded in 2003, Decorative Supplies was established with a clear goal — to provide the commercial painting and coating industry with an extensive range of high-quality products at competitive prices.

Today, Decorative Supplies is proud to be one of New Zealand’s leading independent suppliers for both trade professionals and DIY customers. Based in Christchurch, we offer a comprehensive product range that includes specialty paints, plastering products, tools, abrasives, tapes, masking films, workwear, safety equipment, height safety systems, and capital equipment such as Graco airless sprayers, power tools, specialised sanding systems, dust extraction equipment, ladders, and mobile towers.

Through our extensive supplier network, we are able to source both locally and internationally recognised products to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions for our customers. If we don’t have it in stock, we can source it quickly and efficiently.

Backed by more than 80 years of combined industry experience, our staff are committed to providing expert advice, practical product recommendations, and outstanding customer service. We take pride in building strong relationships with our customers and helping them find the right solutions for every project.

Decorative Supplies operates from two convenient Christchurch locations (Sydenham and Papanui) and provides next-day delivery services for out-of-town customers, with freight-free shipping on orders over $200. We also offer urgent local deliveries throughout Christchurch and regularly service regions as far south as Invercargill and north to Nelson and Takaka via the West Coast.

To provide even greater value, we offer bulk and box-lot discounts across a wide range of products. Our team is always happy to discuss tailored pricing options to help customers maximise value on larger purchases.

As an authorised Graco Service and Repair Centre, we service and repair all models of Graco sprayers, along with a variety of other industry equipment. Our workshop team includes an Electrical and Electronic Engineer alongside highly experienced mechanical specialists, ensuring your equipment is maintained to the highest standard.

We also offer a range of hire equipment with flexible half-day and full-day rates, including Graco sprayers (395 and 495 models), water blasters, gas heaters, giraffe sanders, and vacuum systems.
