We offer a free delivery service on orders over $200. Some conditions may apply to large items, heavy items or Dangerous Goods.

Delivery Times

South Island deliveries are next day provided the order have been received by 11am. North Island delivered will take 2-3 working days. Add an extra day for Rural Deliveries. Please note deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses. Courier delivery only.

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (i.e. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery time frames. If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.

Remember ... returned articles are insured by us against damage or loss.
